Methodology gaps, missing disclosures, policy violations
We publish the scoring rubric and the test design precisely so readers and practitioners can audit our work. If you have spotted a methodology gap, a missing disclosure, ad fraud, malware, a DMCA violation or a policy issue, send us the details. We acknowledge within 24 working hours and we never archive a report without a written response.
Our SLA commitment
We acknowledge every report within 24 working hours. For DMCA notices the standard cycle is 48 working hours from receipt of a complete notification. No report is archived without a written response — even if the outcome is that we investigated and found no action required, the reasoning is shared with the reporter.
What happens after you submit
- 01
Acknowledgement within 4 working hours
You receive a confirmation email with the ticket reference and the applicable SLA — 24 working hours for methodology and policy reports, 48 working hours for DMCA notifications.
- 02
Triage and anonymisation
The editorial team anonymises the report and matches it against the review, the disclosure header, and where relevant the campaign or ad-tag logs. If the signal is strong enough, the creative or the affiliate link is suspended on a precautionary basis while we investigate.
- 03
Decision and written outcome
Within 24 working hours you receive the outcome — correction, takedown, methodology update, or a reasoned non-action. Silence is not an outcome we use. Where a correction is published, the change is logged in the review's revision history.
- 04
Quarterly audit feed-in
Valid reports feed the quarterly editorial audit. Any affiliate-eligible network that crosses a threshold of validated methodology reports is re-scored or removed from the recommended list, with the change documented on the review header.
Submit a report
Include the URL, a screenshot where relevant and the use-case context. We anonymise reports before investigating and we publish a written outcome — never silence.
